目的 对我院中药房近6年发现的中药饮片质量问题进行汇总分析,针对存在的质量问题提出相关的意见和建议,以促进中药饮片质量提高,保证患者用药安全有效。方法 对我院近6年在中药饮片验收和调剂工作中发现的162批次不合格中药饮片进行分类统计,依据2020年版《中国药典》、《北京市中药饮片炮制规范2008年版》等相关规定对其不合格原因进行分析。结果 162批次中药饮片不合格原因依次为炮制不规范、生虫、掺伪、发霉、采收期不适宜和增重。结论 中药饮片炮制不规范是中药饮片质量问题的主要原因。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To summarize and analyze the quality problems of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces found in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of our hospital in the past 6 years, and put forward suggestions for the existing quality problems, so as to promote the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and ensure the safe and effective use of medicines by patients.CONCLUSION During the quality acceptance and dispensing process, 162 batches of unqualified traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were found in our hospital in the past 6 years,the decoction pieces were classified and analyzed for the reasons of their quality failure according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Ed) and the Beijing Specification for Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces(2008 Ed).RESULTS The 162 batches of unqualified decoction pieces could be classified as non-standardizedly processed pieces, decoction pieces with worms, adulteration in the decoction pieces, moldy herbal pieces, inappropriate harvesting period, and abnormal weight gain.CONCLUSION Non-standard processing is the main cause of quality problems of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
